it might comes from b-frames. but im going to upgrade the converter, as i managed to convert it correct with a newer version of it (and put it here). this issue should be fixed soon. thanx

i'm looking into it, because your original file looks good actually. maybe conversion on the server went wrong.... i'm doing some tests and might be able to fix it.
